1.NO QUIBBLE REFUND ON ALL ONLINE BOOKINGS
At Doolin Ferry we want you to feel confident in your choice to book your boat trip with us here on our website. If your plans or our sailing conditions change, we have made the refund/trip adjustment procedure as easy as possible for you.
IF YOU NEED TO CHANGE THE TIME/DATE OF YOUR BOAT TRIP:
Travel plans change, sometimes you need to adapt your itinerary to fit it all in, we understand that. If you want to change your boat trip time or date, just contact us and if at all possible, we will take care of it for you.
IF YOU CANCEL:
If you book your boat trip online through any of our websites and you need to cancel for any reason up to 48 hours in advance of your sailing, we will give you your money back – no quibble, no fuss. Simply email us with your booking details and we will process the refund back to your card through our online secure channel.
IF WE CANCEL:
If we cancel any sailing, you will be notified by email as soon as the decision to cancel is made. You will be entitled to receive a full refund or offered the option to move your boat trip to another time and/or another day.
2.Present your online voucher 30 minutes before departure at our booking office on Doolin pier to collect your boarding pass. Please allow extra travel time during peak season to allow for parking. Directions to Doolin Pier
3. We will contact you by email or phone if there are any changes to your departure time. Please supply an Irish contact phone number if possible or an international mobile number.
4. Published schedules are subject to alteration without notice due to inclement weather or other conditions. We recommend you phone the booking office +353 (0)65 7075555 1 day in advance of your sailing to confirm departure time and weather conditions.
5. If your booking is a Gift Voucher, intending passengers must contact us with their specific journey details at least 1 day in advance of departure.
